The Maryland Province of the Society of Jesus inaugurated a Year of Prayer for Jesuits and their colleagues from October 2005 to June 2006.  They held lectures and directed prayers on the graces of Gratitude, Healing, Call, and Co-Laboring.  Presenters included current and former Woodstock fellows and board members. On October 17, former Woodstock director Jim Connor, S.J., spoke on "The Graces of the Spiritual Exercises and the Year of Prayer." On January 9, Woodstock fellows Bill Bole spoke on "Blessed are the Peacemakers: Forgiveness in Politics as a Road to Peace."
